Enhanced Collaboration with QuoteValet
- Multiple Signature Support: QuoteValet now allows you to collect signatures from multiple parties, including customers and internal countersigners. This is ideal for situations requiring approvals from different departments or ensuring all stakeholders are on board.
- Flexible Signature Collection: Choose between sequential or simultaneous signature capture based on your workflow needs. QuoteWerks automates the entire process, keeping you informed and organized.
Supercharge Your Contact Management
- Multiple Contacts per Company: No more limitations! Build 3 lets you manage multiple contacts for each company in your QuoteWerks database. This simplifies contact management and ensures you have all the necessary information at your fingertips.
- Advanced Contact Search: Find the contacts you need quickly and easily with a powerful new search function. Filter by company, phone, contact, email, and other relevant fields.
- Contact Details & Notes: Enrich your contact data with Role, Reference, and Notes fields. This allows you to capture essential details about each contact for improved communication and relationship building.
- HubSpot CRM Integration Updates: New features for HubSpot CRM users include user name mappings, the ability to set a default Deal owner, and prompting for Deal creation upon order/invoice conversion.
- Act! Integration: QuoteWerks now supports both Act! for Web version 26 and Act! Desktop version 26 for seamless data exchange.
- SugarCRM Support: QuoteWerks now supports SugarCRM version 14.1.
Seamless Data Management
- Improved Contact Import: The Contact Import Wizard has been redesigned for a smoother experience. Benefit from field auto-mapping, search features, and more control over data import.
- Streamlined Vendor Import: Similar improvements have been made to the Vendor Import Wizard, making vendor data import faster and more efficient.
Additional Updates
- Updated Shipping Integrations: The UPS and FedEx shipping integrations have been updated to support their latest API requirements, ensuring smooth package tracking and shipping management.
- DataLink Enhancements: The DataLink feature now allows mapping to the SoldToFax field in QuoteWerks, providing additional flexibility for data transfer.
- New Macro: A new macro "&APP_&OurLocationInlineAddress" has been added for convenient address insertion in your quotes.
- New Access Right: A new "CannotUseQuoteWerksWebLicense" Misc Access Right has been implemented for better user permission management.
