QuoteWerks 2020 Review and Award Winners
2020 was a challenging year with COVID-19, restrictions, and sheltering. We hosted our third QuoteWerks User Summit in Orlando, FL two weeks before things started to shut down. This brought together customers, partners, and leads to learn and discuss QuoteWerks with their peers. This was also the only in-person event we attended in 2020.
At Aspire Technologies, Inc., we continued our aggressive QuoteWerks development schedule. We listened to feedback from our customers that we spoke with and the feature requests posted to our forums. We worked hard and were able to release many new features and enhancements that our partners and customers have been asking for. The 2020 QuoteWerks User Summit and the attendees' posts on the forum were great inspiration for our development team. This year, we released QuoteWerks Version 5.6 and added over 164 new features to QuoteWerks including Resource security for layouts, a new CRM integration to Kaseya BMS, the Aspire Hosted Database Subscription, Etilize Folders, the ability to re-export Purchase Orders, and more.
As a result of the sales and support efforts of our partners and staff, in 2020 we also expanded our presence into more countries while increasing our user base to more than 87,000 users worldwide.

2020 was the first year that we opened the voting for QuoteWerks MVP to our partners and userbase. Matt Rose with Prestige Quoting received the top sport with over 32% of the votes. This is the 9th year in a row that Matt Rose has received the title of QuoteWerks MVP. Honourable mentions this year were Steve Stiggs with Hilltops IT and Jon Klubnik with Tandem Training receiving 19% and 17% of the votes respectively.
