You may have additional agreement(s) with Aspire Technologies, Inc. and/or QuoteWerks that supersede the scope of this Privacy Policy. Any agreement(s) that you may have with Aspire Technologies, Inc. and/or QuoteWerks will have precedence over this Privacy Policy.

Third-party disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information collected from this website unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it’s release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Cloud Data Hosting and Processing

QuoteWerks offers both locally installed software and cloud-based services. For customers using QuoteWerks Web and related cloud-enabled features, data is hosted and processed in a secure, managed cloud environment.

Customer data stored in QuoteWerks Web may include quote, customer, and transactional information necessary to provide quoting, proposal delivery, and related functionality. This data is processed by QuoteWerks on behalf of the customer to deliver the service and is not used for unrelated purposes.

QuoteWerks uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data in the cloud environment. This includes measures such as encryption of data in transit, access controls, and restricted internal access to systems that store customer data.

Customers using QuoteWerks Desktop may store data locally or in a customer-managed database environment. When using QuoteWerks Web, customers may connect to either a customer-hosted database or a QuoteWerks-hosted database service, depending on their configuration.

QuoteWerks may engage trusted third-party infrastructure providers to support the delivery of its cloud services. These providers process data only as necessary to operate and maintain the services and are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality and security of customer data.

QuoteWerks does not sell customer data. Data processed through QuoteWerks Web is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the functionality of the service.

Customers are responsible for managing access to their QuoteWerks environment, including user permissions, authentication credentials, and any data they choose to store or transmit through the platform.

Integrations and Data Sharing

QuoteWerks allows customers to connect their QuoteWerks environment with third-party systems, including CRM, accounting, payment processing, and other business applications.

These integrations are initiated and configured by the customer. When enabled, QuoteWerks may transmit or receive data between the QuoteWerks platform and the selected third-party systems in order to perform actions requested by the customer, such as creating records, updating information, or synchronizing data.

QuoteWerks does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, or data handling practices of third-party systems. Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the policies of any third-party services they choose to integrate with QuoteWerks.

QuoteWerks shares customer data with third-party service providers only as necessary to deliver the requested functionality. This may include infrastructure providers, integration services, and payment processors. These service providers are authorized to process data solely for the purpose of providing services to QuoteWerks and are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

QuoteWerks does not sell or rent customer data to third parties. Data is not shared for marketing purposes without the customer’s direction or consent.

Customers are responsible for determining what data is transmitted through integrations and for ensuring that such use complies with their own legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Google – Advertising

We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site.
