All of the following features require that you have already pulled the contact information into the Sold to / Ship to tab of the Quote Workbook. When this is done, the ACT! contact record account number is embedded into the quote. See the above section on “Pulling ACT! contact information into QuoteWerks” for more details. QuoteWerks then uses this account # to write information back to ACT!
While ACT! is running and you choose to save a quote, you will have the option to write back information to ACT!
