QuoteWerks Searches Zoho CRM for Contacts

From our Sold To / Ship To tab of the QuoteWerks quote workbook, you can search Zoho CRM for a contact by name, company name, or phone number. QuoteWerks will fill in the contact information in the quote by pulling the contact information from the contact that you searched for. You will never have to re-type your customer information.

QuoteWerks Creates/Updates Deals in Zoho CRM

When saving a quote, QuoteWerks automatically creates a Deal (opportunity) in Zoho CRM. When you are in Zoho CRM, you will see the Deals and their sale amounts for each quote you have created for this contact. The Deal feature is very useful in determining your projected cash flow.

QuoteWerks Creates Document Links in Zoho CRM

When saving a quote, QuoteWerks automatically creates a linked document under the Attachments section in Zoho CRM for the Deal that links to the quote you are saving. When you are in Zoho CRM and select the associated Deal, you will see all the quotes that you have done for this Zoho CRM contact. You can even double-click on the document links, and QuoteWerks will open and display the quote the link refers to. This feature is very useful for organizing and finding your quotes from within Zoho CRM.

QuoteWerks Creates Quotes in Zoho CRM

When saving a quote in QuoteWerks, QuoteWerks can automatically create a Quote in Zoho CRM attached to the Deal.

QuoteWerks Sends Line Item Detail to Zoho CRM

When creating Quotes in Zoho CRM, line item detail from QuoteWerks is attached to the quote in Zoho CRM. This enables your staff that do not have access to QuoteWerks to quickly see what your customers have been quoted.

QuoteWerks Creates Activities in Zoho CRM

When saving a quote in QuoteWerks, QuoteWerks will create a Zoho CRM Activity so you can track your Quote Follow-up Call activities.

QuoteWerks Creates Products and Services in Zoho CRM

When creating Deals in Zoho CRM, if line item detail is selected to be included with the Quote, those products and services will be created in the Zoho CRM product and services databases for future use. In fact, you can even use this feature to completely populate your Zoho CRM product database (effectively importing products into Zoho CRM) with products from QuoteWerks product databases or your QuickBooks items list.

QuoteWerks enables you to use the products and services you already have in Zoho CRM. QuoteWerks can link to the Zoho CRM Products database as a QuoteWerks Product Data Source. QuoteWerks Creates New Zoho CRM Contacts

From within QuoteWerks, you can enter a new lead in the quote and simply click on a button to create that company and contact in Zoho CRM.

While working in QuoteWerks, you can easily launch the contact, quote, or Deal that you are working with. You can launch the contact anytime in Zoho CRM from the Sold To/Ship To tab in QuoteWerks.
