New Features - Build 2
 1. For Product Content Subscribers in the United States, added support for a new Product Data Source - Amazon. You can Search Amazon from within QuoteWerks and see the Amazon Price, List, Description, Picture, if the item is prime, and more. Being able to search Amazon directly, rather than indirectly through the "Etilize" search is a major improvement because if you know you just want to search Amazon it is a faster search than running an Etilize search, and it will find all matching parts on Amazon even if they do not have a Manufacturer and Manufacturer part number which is required when doing the Etilize search in order to find the parts on Amazon.  2. For SugarCRM (Enterprise) users, when writing SugarCRM opportunity Line Items, you can specify a QuoteWerks macro or part number generation option for auto-generating a value for the "Revenue Line Item name", for example, &DI_ManufacturerPartNumber. [Service Release: 2.02]

 3. For SugarCRM (Enterprise) users, when writing SugarCRM Opportunity Line items (Revenue Line Items), they can be "rolled up" into a summary line item for the entire quote, or can be each individual line item from QuoteWerks. [Service Release: 2.02]

 4. For SugarCRM (Enterprise) users, bi-directional DataLink is now supported for SugarCRM Opportunity Line Items. Field information can be copied from the QuoteWerks Line Item into the SugarCRM opportunity line item and then fields can also be copied from the SugarCRM Opportunity Line Item into the QuoteWerks line item.  5. For Salesforce users, when choosing to write line items into the salesforce.com opportunity, "Use Profit Amount vs Sales Amount as Opportunity Amount" option will now be applied. Previously it only had an effect on writing to the opportunity when the option to write line items was not checked. [Service Release: 2.02]

 6. For Autotask Users that subscribe to QuoteValet, if the QuoteWerks Document is linked to an Autotask Opportunity, when uploading a document to QuoteValet, the QuoteValet SalesRep Facing URL will be added to a Note on the Autotask Opportunity. This will enable sales reps to have access to the Sales Rep facing view of a QuoteValet Document from within Autotask. [Service Release: 2.02]

 7. For Autotask users, when an Autotask Opportunity is created, a note in the Opportunity will be created that contains a link to open the QuoteWerks document in QuoteWerks Web. [Service Release: 2.02]

 8. The Purchasing window now opens in non-modal mode meaning it can remain open allowing you to use the normal QuoteWerks functionality while it is open including opening documents, etc. It also no longer requires that you close all the currently open documents before you can view the Purchasing window. Instead it will check to see if you have a document open at the time you select items to order and click on the button to create the PO or place the online order. [Service Release: 2.02]

 9. On the Purchasing tab of the Purchasing window there is now a right click menu of "Open Document". If you open a document from here and make changes to it, you will need to make sure to refresh the Purchasing tab to refresh it with new data from your changes. Also on the Purchase Orders and Ordered Items tab, the DocNo displayed is now a hyperlink, so clicking on it will open the document. [Service Release: 2.02]

 10. Added Customer PO Number search field on the "Ordered Items" tab of the Purchasing window. [Service Release: 2.02]

 11. Added Serial Number search field on the "Ordered Items" tab of the Purchasing window. When a serial number is searched on, all the other search criteria will be ignored. [Service Release: 2.02]

 12. On the Accounting tab of the Tools->Options menu added new [Setup Shipping Carrier Tracking URL Mappings] button. You can use this to add custom Shipping Carrier options to use with the Purchasing window when entering tracking numbers. In the mapping your shipping carriers tracking URL and use the macro %trackingnumber% where QuoteWerks should insert the tracking number. [Service Release: 2.02]

 13. On the Purchase Orders tab of the Purchasing window, when holding down SHIFT and clicking on a Serial Number, you now have two options: Edit and Delete/UnReceive. If the Serial Number was just manually added and was not received, the Serial Number will be deleted, if the Serial Number was added as a result of receiving the item, then and UnReceive process will be initiated. This is a manual override process and will not undo the overall ReceivedOn, LineStatus, or CRM integration actions. [Service Release: 2.02]

 14. On the Purchase Orders tab of the Purchasing window, when right clicking on a PO Item record, the "Remove FulfillmentItem record (Override)" menu is now enabled for Manually created Purchase Orders. This will remove all Serial numbers entered and remove all Received records. [Service Release: 2.02]

 15. On the Purchasing tab of the Purchasing window you can now re-arrange the columns and your changes will be remembered. [Service Release: 2.02]

 16. On the Inbox tab of the QuoteValet Dashboard there is now a "Show activity" checkbox. If you know you will be dismissing multiple notifications, or just don't need to see the activity detail, you can uncheck this box and it will speed up the operation significantly. [Service Release: 2.02]

 17. Maximizer CRM v17.1 now supported! [Service Release: 2.02]

 18. Added option "Apply initial quantity to required and optional items" on the Installation tab of the Tools->Options menu. This has an effect on the quantity of a required or optional item as it is initially added to the quote. Most noticeable when an item is added from the Add Item Assistant and the quantity on that window is changed to a number greater than 1. When the option is set, if you enter a quantity of 5 on the Add Item Assistant window, then if a required item with a quantity of 3 does not have it's quantity linked to the parent item, then the quantity will be set to 5x3=15. If the option is not set, then the quantity will be set to 3. [Service Release: 2.07]

Misc Features - Build 2
 1. Improvements in ShareWerks integration to detect no email addresses for users, and documents not being shared with any users, and a check to make sure it is the Corporate Edition of ShareWerks which is required to integrate with QuoteWerks. [Service Release: 2.02]

 2. For ConnectWise Manage users, improved debug messages when adding Group Members to a ConnectWise Manage Opportunity and an error is returned from ConnectWise. [Service Release: 2.02]

 3. For MS CRM users, the MS CRM setup window was ported to .NET [Service Release: 2.02]

 4. For SugarCRM users, better error handling was added to the SugarCRM URL testing. [Service Release: 2.02]

 5. ICECat was ported to .net. [Service Release: 2.02]

 6. For Salesforce users, the Setup window was converted to .NET [Service Release: 2.02]

 7. Activated beta testing support for SugarCRM 8.3 [Service Release: 2.02]

 8. Activated Beta testing support for Maximizer CRM 17.1 [Service Release: 2.02]

 9. Sunsetting notice was implemented for users of ACT! desktop versions 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. [Service Release: 2.07]

Fixes - Build 2
 1. For ConnectWise Manage users, only the first 1000 ConnectWise Manage Members / Users would populate in a list. [Service Release: 2.02]

 2. For ConnectWise Manage users, when creating a ConnectWise Manage Opportunity, the default Opportunity Name was truncated to 50 characters. This has been increased to 100 characters. [Service Release: 2.02]

 3. On the Payment options display on the Sale Info tab, changes to the recurring amounts on the quote did not update the "[plus $ monthly] amounts" on the "Credit Card" or "Terms" purchase options [Service Release: 2.02]

 4. For Product Content Subscribers, when clicking on the "Show Pricing & Availability Panel" on the Etilize Product Comparison window, a "Wrong number of arguments of invalid property assignment" error would be displayed. [Service Release: 2.02]

 5. For Salesforce users, re-saving a closed opportunity was not using the existing closed date setting. [Service Release: 2.02]

 6. For Salesforce users, additional changes were needed to fix the 'Fault Code (74). Please include an amount on the opportunity.' issue when saving an opportunity for the first time. [Service Release: 2.02]

 7. For MS CRM users, in versions 4 and 5 of MS CRM, if users had the "Update Opportunity Name with Document Name" checked in the Setup window and did not create an opportunity, QuoteWerks could error when the user attempted to convert to order or save a revision. [Service Release: 2.02]

 8. For MS CRM users, the "Update Opportunity Name with Document Name" setting was being treated as always being unchecked. [Service Release: 2.02]

 9. For MS CRM users, the "Create MS CRM Quote with each Opportunity" setting was being treated as always being unchecked. [Service Release: 2.02]

 10. For MS CRM users, users would get an error message when saving an opportunity if one of the Opportunity Rating Code names was blank. [Service Release: 2.02]

 11. For MS CRM users, some accounts in the Lookup MS CRM contact window were returning email addresses with "" added to the end. [Service Release: 2.02]

 12. For MS CRM users, re-saving an Opportunity could result in a parsing EntityName error. [Service Release: 2.02]

 13. For SugarCRM users, the server URL was being changed to lower-case. This could be an issue with Unix / Linux web servers. [Service Release: 2.02]

 14. For SugarCRM users, if a quote had multiple line items, all line items were being added as Revenue Line Items and causing an error. [Service Release: 2.02]

 15. For SugarCRM users, when attempting to save a closed opportunity that was saved as won, the user would receive an error message stating the opportunity was already closed as Lost. [Service Release: 2.02]

 16. For Maximizer users, if users had the "Update Maximizer Opportunity Name with Document Name" checked in the Setup window and did not create an opportunity, QuoteWerks could error when the user attempted to convert to order or save a revision. [Service Release: 2.02]

 17. For SYNNEX online ordering users, Error, warehouse code not found for SYNNEX warehouse name 'Southaven, MS'! [Service Release: 2.02]

 18. For Autotask users, the Forecast Completion Mode was not saving correctly. [Service Release: 2.04]

 19. When logging into QuoteWerks Web and then logging in as the same user in QuoteWerks Desktop the licenses in use count would be 1 too high. [Service Release: 2.04]
