QuoteWerks named "Best-in-Class" winner in The Fourth Annual Users Choice Awards Presented by RealMarket:

Orlando FL, August 29, 2002— Aspire Technologies, Inc. has been named a "Best-in-Class" winner in The Fourth Annual Users Choice Awards, sponsored by RealMarket. The company’s product QuoteWerks' was entered in the category Proposal Management.

The Users Choice Awards is the only awards program in which customer relationship management (CRM) products are judged by the end user. There were 80 product entries in a total of 25 categories including: CRM Suite - MidMarket, Help Desk/Service Desk, Sales Tools, and Outsourcing.

At the DCI Customer Relationship Management Conference & Expo held Aug 28 - 30, 2002, awards were presented by Gary Lemke, President of RealMarket and special guest presenters Greg Oxton, Executive Director for The Consortium for Service Innovation and Ron Muns, Founder and Chairman of the Help Desk Institute.
