Issue: Logo Not Displaying on Layout
Adding your logo appears fine in the layout editor, however, when printing and/or saving the layout, the logo does not display. Cause: A conditional font might have been set as the active style, thus when the logo is added, it applies the condition to the image making it not display in some cases. Solution: This might be due to a conditional font being applied to the logo thus overriding the native behavior to display it. In order to remove the conditional font, you will need to follow the steps below: -Add a label field anywhere with any text to the layout. Left click and have this one label field selected. -With the label field selected click at the very top on Format drop down menu. Click on Conditional Font in the drop down. -If the conditional font window has the check box selected please uncheck this box and then click on ok. -Once you have removed the conditional font, you now need to apply this as the active style. To do this, you will leave the label field selected and click again on the Format drop down menu and choose Set as Active Style. At this point, the new active style will not include the conditional font and you should be able to add your logo without it disappearing in the final printed format. |
