Issue:

When user attempts to e-mail or create a PDF through QuoteWerks, they receive the error:

Error initializing CDINTF PDF Generator: The RPC server is unavailable.

Cause:

The Print Spooler Service has been stopped.

Solution:

Restart the Print Spooler Service through Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services.
