Issue:
Fatal Error
Invalid Printer Driver

When clicking Edit or Preview on the layout and then QuoteWerks crashes.

Cause:

Inaccessible printer or driver, such as a network printer that was no longer available because the network server has been taken away.

Solution:
Delete the printer from Control Panel>Printers and Faxes.
