| Issue:
You receive the following error: Runtime error 339: Codejock.reportcontrol.10.4.2.ocx a file is missing or invalid Cause: The ocx file didn't properly register at the time of install or you have recently updated QuoteWerks to Build 30 or higher, and failed to run the NSetup on all the workstations. Solution 1: - Make sure all programs are closed. (i.e., pop-up blockers, chat programs, QuoteWerks, antivirus, firewall, etc) - Browse to the QuoteWerks directory from the computer that is receiving the error - Locate the Nsetup.exe file and double-click it - Follow the prompts - a reboot of the workstation may be required Solution 2: Update to build 30.09 or higher and rerun nsetup.exe Solution 3: Manually register the file: 1) Click Start Button->Run: 2) regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\Codejock.ReportControl.v10.4.2.ocx Please note: If you receive an 0x80040200 error during this manual registration process please see the following KB Article: Vista - Manual DLL registration fails with error code 0x80040200 |
