Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 4
Issue:
Integration with Salesforce.com fails with the following error:

Fault Code (0). java.lang.NullPointerException followed many lines describing where the error occurred in java code.




Cause:
Salesforce.com has added a new feature called MashUps and this is interfering with the integration.


Solution:
Disable MashUps and the issue should be resolved. -
