User Maintenance - Customizing Columns Error: Run-time 35602

Version 24.0 Build 4
Issue:
When attempting to customize the Document Items columns via View > Customize Columns an error message appears:



Run-time error '35602';
Key is not unique in collection

After clicking OK the program immediately shuts down.

Cause:
There is a duplicate record in the User Maintenance list of users.

Solution:
Login as Administrator and then click Utilities > User Maintenance. Note where an entry has been doubled, select one duplicate record to delete and click the Delete button. Make sure that the user rights are set correctly by editing the user name and checking the various tabs.
