Issue:
When trying to send an email I get the error: Error in CreateItem(olMailItem) Error (91) Object variable or With Block variable not set. Cause: Your contact manager is having difficulty finding the AccountID associated with this customer, and therefore cannot save the activity in the CRM's history. The AccountID shows up in QuoteWerks as a string of gray characters at the bottom of the Sold To column of the Sold To/Ship To tab and is brought into QuoteWerks when contact information is pulled in from your CRM. Solution: You will need to pull the information again for that contact from your CRM into QuoteWerks, as the AccountID field will be updated with the current and correct information. Once the new (and longer) AccountID is shown in the Sold To column you should then be able to email. |
