Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 4
Issue:
When sending an email via the QuoteWerks SMTP client, you receive the follwoing error:

"Error 27111 in e-mail SendMail method. Exiting..."

Cause:
This can happen because of a few different reasons:
1. Your SMTP server is not responding
2. Your SMTP server has a size limit for emails and this message exceeds that number.

Solution:
1. Try again in 5 minutes
2. Try sending the same Quote with no file attachments such as spec sheets, literature, or cover pages. You may want to contact your Administrator to find outbound message size limitations of your SMTP server.
