Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 4
Issue:
I connect to my network via a VPN and cannot find the MS CRM computer.

Solution:
If you are using a VPN to connect to MS CRM and cannot use the Computer Name to connect to MS CRM, you can use the IP address.
