Issue:
The Date (DocDate) field on on the Sale Info Tab displays the date field with incorrect formatting. Example: Date is displayed as 9/20/050246 where the 05 is correct for 2005. Cause: The short date formatting under the Date Tab of Windows Regional Options (in Control Panel) is incorrect. Solution: Check to see that the short date format contains only the specific number of "y" characters for which you want year to be displayed. Most often, this is attributed to having too few or too many y's in the field such as m/d/yyy or mm/dd/yyy and can be corrected by using either two or four y's. |
