Issue:
A) You've installed Version 4.0 Build 8 or Higher on a computer that also runs an earlier build/version of QuoteWerks and receive an error when trying to print/preview/or email a quote. OR: B) QuoteWerks print preview is generating the preview, but no line item information is displayed, all price values are showing as zero's, and no customer address information is displayed. Cause A: Build 8 and higher of Version 4.0 uses a newer version of the print engine files. Unfortunately, these files are not backwards compatible with earlier releases. Cause B: The print engine files have become corrupt. Solution: You will need to delete the following files that are typically located in your Windows\System32 folder: * REP32.DLL * ROC.OCX * TER32.DLL Once the files have been deleted, re-run the NSETUP.EXE file located in the root of the QuoteWerks directory. |
