Issue:
When using the Tools-Show Customer Product Price History, you receive a Run Time 3075 syntax error(missing operator) in query expression Cause: This can occur if the Account Number brought in from your contact manager contains an invalid character such as a single quote. Solution: If your contact manager is ACT!, a setting may have been incorrectly set: 1. In QuoteWerks, Go to the Contacts-Setup Contact Manager Menu and select GoldMine as your contact manager. 2. Click on the GoldMine Setup Button 3. Select the Misc Tab and Uncheck the Use GoldMine AccountNo vs. Company Name to lookup customer price history. 4. Exit QuoteWerks. 5. Start QuoteWerks and go to the Contacts-Setup Contact Manager Menu and select ACT! as your contact manager. |
