Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 4
Issue:
Can not find field for a column on the File-Open Window

Cause:
The individual User.INI file does not contain the column.

Solution:
Edit your USER.INI file and remove the [OpenWindowGridSettings] section.
