OR

The Application or DLL OLE2.DLL is Not a Valid NT Image

Cause 1:
The Installation had an issue reading this file on your Operating System

Solution 1:
Please ignore this message.

Cause 2:
The above mentioned Windows operating system file is corrupt.

Solution 2:
To resolve the issue, you will need to restore the original file from your OS installation media.

You need to boot into "Recovery Console," to fix the problem. So whether you do this from the boot menu, or you boot from the XP (or 2000) CD, you need to get in there and get to a command prompt. Once you are at a command prompt (i.e. c:\ Prompt)

1. Type "cd\I386" then hit enter.
2. Type exactly "expand ole2.dl_ c:\ WINNT\system32\ole2.dll" then hit enter.
3. It should then replace the file that is corrupt.
4. Reboot your computer. This should take care of the issue.

Please note, you may need to replace the "c:\WINNT" part of step 2 with your windows folder which may be "C:\WINDOWS" or other.
