Issue:
The User has both a laptop install and network install. While trying to access the network, they get a message saying that they have an invalid key and it will decrement the network licenses by one. Cause: 1. The DOCS.MDB was copied from the network to the laptop 2. The install path on the remote is different from where Quotre Solution: 1. Check to make sure the license key is the same in both the Network and Laptop License Managers. Click onTools-Options-Remote Tab. Make sure the install path is actually the install path of where quotewerks is on the laptop. 2. Make sure the user did not copy the DOCS.MDB over when they copied the SECURITY.MDB |
