Issue:
Account not appearing in the list. Cause: The setting default account preferences in the QuickBooks link setup did not display all the customer's accounts. Solution: Modify security rights to give the user access to all accounts. User can now access all accounts in QuickBooks and account lists in QuoteWerks were populated. |
