Issue:
Problem finding the Sync/Attachment Folder when QuoteWerks logs into SalesLogix or Creates an Attachment Cause: The logged in user to SalesLogix does not have a Site Code assigned or there is not an attachments directory associated with the user. Solution: Have the SalesLogix Admin log into the SalesLogix Administrator Utility and edit the user to have a Site Code and/or Attachment Directory. Notes: Question: Do I need an SLX Sync server to have a site Code Solution: No, all Saleslogix installations have a site code regardless of having a Sync Server. Question: I log in as an Administrator into SalesLogix and QuoteWerks gives an Error? Solution: This will occur because the user type of W is not recognized by QuoteWerks in Build 28 or earlier. QuoteWerks supports user types of "Remote User" and "Network user". Try Logging in as a normal network user. |
