Issue:
Attachments are not able to be opened by people on the same network or multiple instances of Quotewerks are being opened Cause: This may happen because different users on the network refer to QuoteWerks and/or their contact manager with different drive letters. This causes problems because not all workstations have the same drive letter. Solution: Make sure all workstations on the network use the same drive letter and path to launch QuoteWerks and your contact manager. |
