The QuoteWerks Web turnkey trial enables you to experience the benefits of QuoteWerks without having to install a desktop client. The setup is simple and it takes only a few minutes to get up and running. To begin building quotes with your QuoteWerks Web Turn Key trial, simply follow the instructions below:
1.Obtain your QuoteWerks Web Turn Key credentials from the QuoteWerks sales team. This will include a Tenant Account Number, a Username, and a Password.
2.Navigate to na.quotewerks.com, input the credentials obtained in step 1, and click Login.
3.A window will appear that lists when your trial expires and how many days until expiration. Click OK to dismiss this window.
4.The QuoteWerks Initial Setup window will appear. This is where you set your defaults for QuoteWerks Web.
Regional Settings – set your Country, Base Currency, Currency Symbol, and measurement system
•These settings can be adjusted by navigating to Setup -> Options -> Regional
Sales Tax Rates – set the sales tax rate to be applied to taxable line items
•These settings can be adjusted by navigating to Setup -> Options -> Documents -> General
Contact Management – select the Contact Manager you wish to integrate with
These settings can be adjusted by navigating to Setup -> CRM Integrations
Accounting – choose which systems you would like to integrate for both your Accounting and Purchase Order integrations
•These settings can be adjusted by navigating to Setup -> Options -> Accounting
Branding – input your company’s information. This information is used to identify your company in your quotes and also for registration purposes. In a multi-user environment, the Name and E-mail should be the administrator's, the phone and fax should be main office numbers, not someone's direct phone number.
•These settings can be adjusted by navigating to Setup -> Options -> Company
5.Once you have completed inputting information on the QuoteWerks Initial Setup window, click Save to save your changes.
6.QuoteWerks Web will open a sample quote and displays links to resources down the right side of the window.
