You have the ability to create Sales Orders in HaloPSA from QuoteWerks when the HaloPSA opportunity is converted to won.

To set this up navigate to Setup -> Setup Contact Manager. Select HaloPSA and click on HaloPSA Setup. On the Opportunity tab of the HaloPSA Setup window you will see a check box labeled "When closing an opportunity as won, create a quote sales order." Make sure this check box is selected.

With this box selected, anytime you convert a HaloPSA opportunity to won a quote sales order will be created in HaloPSA.

To view a newly created sales order navigate to the Opportunity in HaloPSA and click on the Details tab. Scroll down and you will see the sales order listed under the Quotes, Orders & Invoices section.

Clicking on the Sales Order will open it in HaloPSA for your review. It contains all of the product information along with options to create an invoice or PO or to add the line items to a Project.
