When Outlook is running, you will have the option to write information back to Outlook when you save the existing quote.

The following features require that you have already pulled the contact information into the Sold to / Ship to tab of the Quote Workbook. When this is done, the contact’s Outlook record id is embedded into the quote. QuoteWerks then uses this account number to write information back to Outlook.
Important: For the Linked Document and Follow up Call features to be available, the Outlook Advanced Integration must be enabled. |
