QuoteWerks offers an optional add-on Product Content Subscription (powered by Etilize) that provides QuoteWerks users in the IT industry with consumer friendly product descriptions, product images and in depth product summaries with marketing and feature descriptions, all of which are easily added into the quote, bundles, and/or configurations. The Product Content Subscription will also show you prices from CDW, Dell, NewEgg, Staples and other consumer-pricing websites so you know what prices your customers will be seeing on those sites.
The Product Content Subscription with Etilize includes support for:
•USA: ASI, D&H, Ingram Micro, Synnex, Tech Data, Westcon/Comstor
•Canada: ASI, D&H, Ingram Micro, Synnex, Tech Data, Westcon/Comstor
•UK: Ingram Micro, Tech Data, Northamber, West Coast
•Australia: Ingram Micro, Dicker Data
In very basic terms, our Product Content Subscription consists of 3 major elements:
•Etilize
•Consumer prices
•Part Locator

Entering Product Content Subscription License Key

To get started, you will need to enter in the License Key(s) and specify your defaults:
Step 1: Log into QuoteWerks as a user with Master Rights (so that you will have access to the License Manager).
Step 2: Select the Utilities -> License Manager menu.
Step 3: Click on the [Add License] button and enter the Product Content Subscription License Key, which will begin with the letter "S".
Step 4: Restart QuoteWerks.

Step 5: Select the Real-time tab of the Tools -> Options menu, and then click on the [Real-time Setup] button. Click on the Product Content Subscription tab to load the Etilize options.
