Select the Tools -> Options menu, then select Company tab.

Here you can specify the physical location of your company which can then be used in cover pages, print layouts and literature. See Cover Page, Literature, and Microsoft Word Template Document Macros for the associated macros.

Company Details/Registration

This information is used in your quotes and also for registration purposes. In a multi-user/network installation, the User Name should be the administrators name and the phone and fx should be general numbers, not someone's direct number.

Company Message

Company message 1 & 2 can both be customized and included on quote layouts.

Company Logo

This is the company's logo and can be used in quote layouts.

Company Picture

Company picture 1 & 2 are available to upload pictures that will be printed on quote layouts.
