While GoldMine is running, select the Sold to / Ship to Tab in QuoteWerks:

To insert the currently active contact record from GoldMine into the quote, click on the button next to the Sold to, Ship to, or Bill to fields.

Searching for a GoldMine Contact

To select a different contact other than the contact that is currently displayed in GoldMine, while GoldMine is running, select the Sold To / Ship To tab in QuoteWerks and click on the button next to the Sold to, Ship to, or Bill to fields. The Lookup GoldMine contact window will appear:

Select the “Use Contact currently displayed in GoldMine.” Option to display the current GoldMine contact record that is open. The Results window will show primary and secondary contacts for that GoldMine record. For performance reasons, QuoteWerks will display only the first 150 secondary contacts for a primary contact record.

You may want to select a contact to be used in the Sold to Ship to fields that is not currently selected in GoldMine. In this case, select the “Search GoldMine’s database for a contact":

Select the Field you would like to search in GoldMine and then type in the value to be searched for and click on the [Find] button.

Once you have found the contact you are looking for, select the contact and click on the [Sold To] button to use this contact for the Sold to information. You can also select a contact and click on the [Ship To] button to use this contact for the Ship to information or you can click on the [Bill To] button to use this contact for the Bill to information. When you are finished selecting contacts, click on the [Close] button. You will be returned to the Sold to/ Ship to tab and the selected contacts will be pre-filled in the Sold to/Ship to/Bill to fields.

Additionally, clicking on the icon will launch the selected contact in GoldMine.
