Once you have selected the report you would like to run, you can select the following options:

[Print] button to print the report as a PDF.

[Preview] button to preview the report and the results in a PDF format.

[Output CSV] button will output the report to a CSV file.  This option is useful if the data you want in the PDF needs to be imported to Excel as it runs the filters, sorting, etc. just as if it was a PDF file, but the output is exported to CSV instead.

[Save as PDF] button to run and save the report as a PDF file without having to preview first.  

[Export] button will be grayed if the Export settings have not yet been set when exporting as a CSV or Text file.  For instructions on exporting a report to one of these file types, visit the Exporting a Report topic.
