The Product List sub-tab is shown below:
QuoteWerks can link to the Kaseya BMS product and service databases as a Product Data Source. From within QuoteWerks you can search the Kaseya BMS product and services databases, and add these products to your QuoteWerks quote. Once you complete the mappings on this tab and click on [Ok], you can create a Kaseya BMS Product Data Source under the Products->Setup Product Data Sources menu.
Kaseya BMS Product List
Here you can map the Kaseya BMS Product list to the preferred QuoteWerks Item Type as well as set the Pricing level in QuoteWerks for the Kaseya BMS Product List for QuoteWerks to use. For example, if set to Product as it is in the screenshot above, when you pull a Product item from the Kaseya BMS Product List in QuoteWerks, QuoteWerks will pull that item in with a "Product" Item Type designation ensuring it will go back over to Kaseya properly.
Kaseya BMS Service List
Here you can map the Kaseya BMS Services list to the preferred QuoteWerks Item Type as well as set the Default Recurring Billing Cycle in the Kaseya BMS Service List for QuoteWerks to use. For example, if set to Service as it is in the screenshot above, when you pull a Service item from the Kaseya BMS Service List in QuoteWerks, QuoteWerks will pull that item in with a "Service" Item Type designation ensuring it will go back over to Kaseya properly.
Click [OK] once you have completed all steps and are ready to exit the Kaseya BMS Integration setup.
