In Maximizer 10.0 and higher, a list item in an F2 Lookup can be setup to retrieve information from the Maximizer record linked to the quote on the Sold To section of the Sold to / Ship to tab. In older versions of Maximizer, the list item in an F2 Lookup can only retrieve information from the active contact currently displayed in Maximizer.
