Select the Utilities -> Document Transport File Diagnostics menu to display the Document Transport File Diagnostics window:

This is used to troubleshoot issues with DTF files.  You can also see data in backup files from the document transport files, to compare with the current database information and analyze when different changes were made, or see data in archived files to find documents to bring back into the database.
