Subscribers to the QuoteWerks Product Content Subscription will have access to the Amazon Product Data Source (USA only). This allows users to search Amazon directly instead of indirectly through Etilize, so results will appear even if the manufacturer or manufacturer part number is missing.
Additionally, users on the Corporate Edition will also have the ability to place online orders for items sourced from Amazon.
Search
In the Search For box type in your search criteria. You can search by keyword, manufacturer, manufacturer part number, vendor, vendor part number, etc. The more information entered in the search, the better your results.
Results Window
After your search has completed the results will populate in the Results Window. This will display the first 50 results (if more than 50) and the part number, item description, cost, price, and MSRP (list) among other columns including if the item is Prime eligible and any item features.
Once you have located your item, double-click on it or click the [Select/Add] button to add the item to your document. This will also display the picture (if available) in the Add Item Assistant.
Additionally, right-clicking on the item will display other options including the ability to see the item's URL. The URL will open this item on the Amazon website and if you are signed into your Amazon Business Account, it will redirect to the Amazon Business site.
Etilize Display Panel
Clicking on the Product Sourcing Panel button ( ) will open the panel so you can cross-reference the selected item with the IT Distributors you have setup in QuoteWerks.
Important: Please note that in order to use this feature, the item's manufacturer and manufacturer part number or vendor and vendor part number must be available. Etilize requires this information to look up the content. |
